"Though Cignetti will have the hot name Im not convinced he would even leave IU. Financially IU committed significant $$ to him and his staff. Not only did he sign an X year $72M deal but IU also committed $11M / year to his assistants. For context Ohio state has $11.43M to their assistants which is #1 in CFB. So that is very competitive.
