"I read that Ukraine's 2026 budget assumed that it would receive funding of $110bn to $120bn about half being used for economic support and about half for military requirements - and that the underlying assumption was that it would come from the Russian sovereign assets held in Belgium which as we all know Belgium is heavily resisting. At the same time Politico reports that Budapest has slammed the door on raising EU debt to fund Ukraine - meaning there is no Plan B. It looks increasingly like 2026 will be the year Ukraine goes into freefall economically and militarily. The US is probably"
