"Revolving doors in tech-government partnerships accelerate innovation by leveraging expertiseNASA veterans at SpaceX refined reusable rockets slashing costs from $10K/kg to under $100/kg for orbit. Subsidies like SpaceX's NASA contracts fund milestones that deliver value with over $1B repaid early via Falcon successes enabling Artemis. Overhead transfers That's efficiency: fixed-price deals shifted risk to private ingenuity yielding 135x LEM volume without endless bureaucracy. Real progress trumps suspicion"
