Oranjemund Hosts Second Regional Roundtable Discussion 

Speaking at the event, Mineworkers Union of Namibia Acting President, Poco-Key Mberiuana, noted the significance of close collaboration between the union and its nearly XXXXXX members, citing the importance of knowing the members' continued challenges. 

||Karas regional chairperson, Allen Kalumbu, was pleased to host the roundtable discussion, adding how much it meant to the union members. Echoing Mberiuana, Kalumbu also called on the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy to engage directly with mine workers, subsequently serving as ambassadors for their welfare at the highest level.

The discussion served as an open platform for members to engage with union leaders and various stakeholders not only about queries, but also ongoing efforts to secure their future.
