According to the Bank of Namibia Financial Sector Transformation Strategy 2025-2035, it aims to attain a XX% rate of financial inclusion at the national level, and XX% for the rural population. 
 
Bank of Namibia further indicates that by 2035, it aims to have XX% of businesses older than XX years, and XX% younger than XX years approved for financing.

Additionally, the strategy states a targeted outcome of XX% of informal businesses and startups having access to finance from formal financial institutions by 2035.
