I went to one today, and I saw an old wooden stool priced at $81, old, rusty metal tins priced at $50/each, men’s long-sleeved shirts all priced at $9/each, an old rattan basket going for $14, and so many other things that make you go “hmmm…” I did find a couple of items that were somewhat reasonable, but overall, not impressed. I’m all for helping out nonprofits, but thrift stores are supposed to be for actually getting a good deal, am I right?
