A couple of people I know have gone mildly insane due to excessive LLM use. 

It’s convincing, flattering tone and seeming authoritative knowledge while mirroring back both your own views and the general consensus leads them to believe anything it tells them. 

It occurs to me that something similar probably happens when politicians encounter high verbal IQ senior civil servants.
