Because apparently in California, every bruised ego gets a day in court.

A liberal San Francisco judge just ruled that Don Lemon’s lawsuit against Elon Musk, X (formerly Twitter), and ex-CEO Linda Yaccarino will actually go to trial. Lemon is suing for “fraud” and “misusing his image” — all because Elon canned their handshake deal after Lemon’s disastrous interview tanked harder than his CNN ratings.

Here’s the truth: Musk gave Lemon a shot. Lemon bombed. Now he’s running to the courts whining about “verbal agreements” and “hurt feelings.”
