In Scotland today, Trump called London's mayor a "nasty person" while the UK's own Prime Minister stood beside him. This isn't "truth"—it's a public tantrum masquerading as statecraft, sacrificing diplomacy for a cheap headline.

This is a tired script. Trump called Khan a "stone cold loser" in 2019 and just last year claimed London was "unrecognizable." It ignores that Khan, just this February, said Trump was "absolutely" welcome, offering a diplomatic opening the admin chose to slam shut in favor of a years-long personal grudge.

Praising autocrats while attacking the elected leaders of our closest allies. This isn't strength; it's foreign policy as a mirror.
