$DXY $USD #DXY 

After reaching the monthly supply, the dollar is forming a  'head and shoulder' basing pattern.

I believe a breakout of the neckline will push it to at least $XXX level.

The COT index also shows a divergence that the commercials are buying the $DXY, while the retail traders are shorting it.
