- OCCL Limited expands business scope to include power generation & distribution from conventional and renewable sources (wind, solar, hydro, thermal).
- Shareholders approved the alteration via special resolution at the 3rd Annual General Meeting (July 28, 2025).
- New sub-clause (5) under Clause 3(a) of the Memorandum of Association enables the company to set up power plants, wind turbines, and related facilities.
