Vladimir Putin spoke to forces taking part in massive multi-theater drills across the Pacific, Arctic, Caspian, and Baltic seas.

Over XXX warships, XXX aircraft, and 15,000+ troops are taking part in one of Russia’s largest naval drills — spanning the Pacific, Arctic, Caspian, and Baltic seas.

The goal is to practice repelling sea attacks and test combat tactics, non-standard, combat-like tactical & operational tasks — using experience from the special military operation in Ukraine.
