You're actually paid in Morpho rewards to do this as long as the APYs (shown on the right side) are negative. You do have the regular borrowing fee but it gets overpowered by Morpho rewards. 

On top of that, you're getting crazy $KAT emissions. If I set $KAT's price at $XXXX these are the new APYs.
