Renewables with Storage Systems

India's renewable energy sector is entering a high-growth phase, with annual capacity additions expected to double or triple by 2030 as the country targets XXX GW. By 2040, renewable-plus-storage hybrids are projected to be cheaper than 60-70% of existing coal plants. Battery energy storage systems (BESS) will meet about XX% of India’s total storage needs.
