Kromek Group plc, a global detection company, has received $X million as the second payment installment under its Enablement Agreement with Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. (Siemens Healthineers). This payment follows the successful achievement of certain milestones by Kromek. To date, the company has received a total of $XX million under the agreement, which is expected to significantly strengthen its balance sheet and support its growth initiatives. The remaining payments of $XXX million are due over the next three and a half years. Kromeks CEO, Arnab Basu, expressed his satisfaction with the progress of the agreement and the positive impact of the funds on the companys business and balance sheet.
