🇫🇷 France Takes a Stand for Peace

After months of quiet diplomacy and heartbreak in Gaza, President Emmanuel Macron has made a historic choice:

France will officially recognise the State of Palestine at the UN this September.

🔹 It will be the first G7 country to do so
🔹 The 12th in the EU
🔹 The 148th in the world

🌍 On Monday, France’s Foreign Minister will travel to New York, joining Saudi Arabia in a long-delayed peace summit. A summit that was postponed because of Israeli strikes on Iran.

Israel is furious. America’s Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, called it a mistake.

But Macron is no longer waiting.

🕊️ He believes peace doesn’t come from silence — it comes from courage.

From standing up when it’s uncomfortable.
From choosing humanity over hesitation.
From believing that even in the ashes of war, something better can grow.

France has just thrown its weight behind a vision that too many have abandoned: 
two peoples, two states, one future.
