• +108% net income post-PE acquisition

Drivers:

✅ Route optimization (focus on profitable long-haul)
✅ Better airline negotiation leverage
✅ Higher passenger spend through retail buildout

PE-owned airports are also more likely to install capex-heavy tech (e-gates, self-bag-drop, automated aircraft queuing) that drives throughput and margin.
