@DerivativesDon @dampedspring @sidprabhu disagree it's a small tail outcome.  It's already being discussed.

Agree it's a tax...so what?  So is inflation.  

Either rates get cut to where they need to go (near 0%) or rates will get moved there.

DoD is now calling the shots.
