Depends on if US govt can issue "special stablecoin T-Bills" that yield < 0.50%, like Social Security Trust Fund has special USTs.

I hear US govt is already discussing doing exactly this.

If Powell won't play ball, Treasury will circumvent him b/c national security demands it.
