Blockchain Education: People there is an evolution in crypto and we are on Level 2:

Level X. We started with accounts mimicking bank ledgers with wallets that required login and consent.
Level X. We move to consent of high speed transactions against accounts.
Level X. We move to micro high speed transaction, with seamless consent.
Level X. The Epoch ends at multiple compostable permissionless transactions with frictionless high speed microtransactions. No login, single capped microtransaction concent.

Bitcoin and Ethereum never pass Level X.
Most older chains cannot participate past Level X.
Layer 2s on Ethereum use permissioned solutions to compete in Level X.  Layer 2s were an attempt to participate in Level X. They introduced permissioned solutions and failed.

Only true permissionless Layer 1s have achieved Level X and are moving to Level X. Only newer Gen X networks evolve past Level X where the next apps are built and full adoption as a messaging and financial internet happens.
