I bought my first house in 1995 (low of economic market in CA) for $185K.  $C at that time was about $80/sh.  I bought much more real estate the next X years and $C went to $XXX by 2000 (over XXX% in less than X yrs)  My house went to $1.2M by 2005. $C hit over $XXX in 2007 before the great recession.  In X yrs $C went to $XX from $XXX. For the past XX years it has been sideways and slowly climbing back to $80s.  Now it broke out of a XX yr resistance level and may be wanting to get back to $XXX in next couple years!  Looking to start a long position on a pull back to $85-$85.50!
