WATCH: @INDECOM_JAMAICA bemoans the police wearing face masks during operations and decries cops seizing or destroying people's CCTV cameras that captured controversial incidents. Commissioner Hugh Faulkner says @JamaicaConstab cops can be charged for obstructing INDECOM investigations if they destroy needed CCTV footage.
