Cold Email:
• Scale (1000+ emails/day at $500/month)
• Lower risk (accounts are disposable)
• Higher total volume of responses

LinkedIn DMs:
• 5-10x higher response rates
• Natural conversations (vs direct pitches)
• Better for small, targeted markets

You can still scale LinkedIn DMs.
