$SBET $ETH $BMNR

SharpLink $SBET – here’s how I’m framing the next leg

⸻

X | mNAV is the only anchor that matters
After Friday-night wallet sleuthing showed a $XXX M USDC transfer to Galaxy Digital, SharpLink’s ETH stash is about XXX k ETH. Add the cash that wasn’t spent (~$151 M) and divide by the ~112 M shares now outstanding and you get a mark-to-NAV of roughly $16/share with ETH at $X XXX.

⸻

X | The ATM desk is the permanent ceiling
SharpLink’s broker can unload up to XX % of average daily volume any day the stock trades above XXX × mNAV. With today’s numbers that rail is $25-26. It’s also why the price was locked at $XX on friday.
They don’t hit pre-market; first VWAP slices usually surface 09:35 ET and walk the price back toward that rail over the next hour.

⸻

X | What a $XX gap really means
A Monday pre-market print at $XX is only ~1.9 × NAV. History says the gap sticks until the first desk prints—then SBET bleeds 10-12 % and re-pins at $25-26 (depending on mNAV). If I’m trading, that’s my sell window (04:00-09:30), and my fade target.

⸻

X | How the new ETH blocks change the game
Buying via Galaxy keeps the treasury growing without advertising giant prints on Coinbase. Every fresh 10-20 k ETH adds about $XXXX to NAV; but each million shares the desk issues subtracts almost the same. Net effect: NAV grinds up pennies, float grinds up millions—premium expansion is capped unless ETH explodes.

⸻

X | My working playbook
Sell anything above XXX × NAV pre-open; size is trivial relative to pre-market volume.
Fade with cheap 0-DTE puts when IV > XXX % and the open sticks > XXX ×.
Re-accumulate close to the XXX × rail once the VWAP bleed is obvious.
Hold a core only if ETH looks ready to settle weekly above $3850—otherwise I’d rather own spot ETH than fight dilution.

⸻

X | Bottom line
SharpLink is still the cleanest ticker for ETH beta, but it’s now a slow-motion ATM machine. Ride the morning gaps, respect the XXX × sell wall, and remember: without a true ETH breakout, SBET’s upside is premium, and the broker keeps that valve half-closed.
