This isn't observation; it's sabotage. In June, the US ambassador abandoned the goal of a Palestinian state. This month, the admin's chaotic $30M aid plan led to XXX deaths while it withdrew from UN peace talks. Trump even falsely claimed it was $60M.

Governance didn't fail. It was dismantled from Washington.
