Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin has launched an investigation into Return to the Land, a white-centric intentional community founded by Eric Orwoll in the Ozarks.

Griffin condemned the project for “racial discrimination” and alleged that it raises “all sorts of legal issues, including constitutional concerns.”
