On July 25, 2025, a caddie's dropped ball exposed more than just a golf cheat; it revealed the brazen entitlement of an admin that consistently bends rules, on and off the course.

This isn't new. Accusations from Oscar De La Hoya & Samuel L. Jackson (July 24, 2024) detail years of mulligans & kicked balls. The July 26, 2025 video of him leaving his ball for his caddie further highlights the entitlement. While he plays, Scottish taxpayers face "considerable" security costs for this "private" trip, echoing the £14M bill from 2018. The blurring of personal business & official duties is stark.

The golf course, it seems, is merely another stage where rules are for others, costs are for taxpayers, and personal gain trumps public good.
