In this case Ichimoku is simply telling us the latter. The CT "Experts" looooove here to claim clout for a prediction like they have a magical formula to see a future no one else can, usually falling flat in their face for the lack of structural knowledge on how the price behaves. At such junctures the right way is simply to confirm, rather than hope. From the WP perspective, I would expect price to get into a massive impulse if it is able to clear the WP RANGE, and the 1:1 Gann resistance, with a bullish Ichimoku structure. Otherwise mathematical probability points to a longer lateral accumulation. It is just a simple stoic approach, one that is rooted in ACTUAL analysis, rather than any attached emotion to the market like, fear, greed, lack of patience, etc. Where of course most fail. Remember don't trust unrealistic and biased ideas, simply verify. Break the low IQ shackle that makes you buy the top, and sell the bottom every single time.
