These are the same men who say things like "Any woman who will have sex right away is a whore not worthy of commitment." The women who treat sex and relationships this way, are responding to the incentive structures you've built. You're doing this to yourselves. Men who don't send this signal don't seem to have this issue with women "holding out" in the beginning stages of a relationship.
