The "tariff pause" Trump admin touts? Same admin that hiked rates to XX% - highest since 1922. Now scrambling to delay reciprocal tariffs until August X after courts ruled their power grab unconstitutional. Stability through chaos isn't policy - it's economic arson.

China retaliated with XXX% tariffs as US duties hit XXX% last year. $330B in US exports now face foreign retaliation, projected to cut GDP 0.2%. Meanwhile, "SUV diplomacy" carves special deals for Japan/Vietnam - not strategy, just corporate favor-trading masked as statecraft.
