As per the Business Recorder: Pakistan’s central bank aggressively cut interest rates from XX% to XX% in less than a year, capitalizing on inflation falling to just XXX% - the lowest in XX years. However, core inflation remains at 8%, rural economy is in distress from falling agricultural prices, and external vulnerabilities persist with dangerously low foreign reserves  against massive debt obligations.
