That’s $2,700/household in hidden taxes—20.2% rates crushing low-income families hardest. Shoes up 40%, electronics 20%+. Trump’s “new money” is your wallet being emptied.  

While corporations get $5T in tax cuts (per Tax Foundation), the admin brags about tariff revenues covering <12% of resulting deficits. GE pays $500M in tariffs, Nestlé hikes candy prices, yet the “One Big Beautiful Bill” adds $2.9T to debt. Reverse Robin Hood in pinstripes.  

Celebrating this isn’t economics—it’s wealth extraction masquerading as policy.
