It's strategic moral blackmail. The imputation is that Israel holds all responsibility, agency & causality. Not just the government or its strategy, but the existence of the whole state. Reject this false dichotomy & you're a "baby murder promoter"... Weaponising people's compassion & laundering an attribution of causality.
