BOB is doing something genuinely ambitious and different. It’s trying to redefine how Bitcoin interacts with the rest of crypto. 

Historically, Bitcoin has been siloed. It’s the most secure and decentralized chain, but it’s been hard to build on or integrate with. 

@build_on_bob is trying to crack that. Not by wrapping BTC like WBTC or RenBTC, but by actually creating real cross-chain composability between BTC and EVM.
That’s huge.

By combining:
• Optimism Stack (for scalability and EVM support)
• Kailua zk-proofs (for cryptographic security and finality)
• BitVM + the BOB Gateway (to bring native BTC into the picture)

It’s basically building a new kind of foundation where Ethereum apps can live, but with Bitcoin as a core settlement layer.

That’s ambitious and incredibly rare.
