Don’t worry, #TheFantasticFourFirstSteps is still going to crush the 100M-110M industry projections, coming almost 10M above it, but now, unless SUN sees an under XX% drop, it’s likely to open closer to #GoTGVol3’s 118.4M than to #SUPERMAN’s 125M, despite having kicked off 2M ahead of Supes. Still a massive win for the industry, with X blockbusters in a same month having full openings way over the century mark, and with a franchise which struggled so much in the past finally becoming a breakout hit in its MCU introduction, coming already on par with the final instalment from an already stablished team franchise such #GuardiansOfTheGalaxy, let alone coming right after X MCU films bombed in the U.S. just in the past X months, putting the MCU back on track and generating anticipation and excitement for a massive performance with #AvengersDoomsday next year.
