The Riemann Hypothesis is a conjecture about the distribution of prime numbers. It states that all non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function have a real part of 1/2.
It is one of the seven Millennium Prize Problems designated by the Clay Mathematics Institute, and the first person to provide a correct proof (or disproof) will be awarded a US$1 million prize.
