TNA was formed due to the death of WCW by the Jarretts who had promoted wrestling since the 60s, ROH was formed due to the death of ECW, AEW was formed because Tony Khan thought there was enough talent not in WWE who were having contracts  expire in 2018.  Khan was more a WCW fan.  You picked bad examples.
