#USA: A white couple was assaulted by a group of black youths in downtown #Cincinnati at Fourth & Elm streets, amid the Cincinnati Music Festival crowds. Video shows the man being knocked down & kicked in the head, while the woman was punched unconscious, trying to intervene.

Police say it stemmed from a verbal dispute, not festival-related; investigation ongoing, no arrests yet. Local crime is up XX% this year.
