Try charging below XX% to XXX% with the slow XXX kW charger once and see if there was cell balancing issues, that should solve it, if it continues then get the battery checked might be a issue with the same. 

I have done 28K+ on my Nexon EV Max I always charge at home, never had an issue still gives around 270-285 kms range.
