I live with a few disabilities & work very hard. I’m not on any gov assistance. I eat typically once a day & work roughly 12-16 hours a day. I have always struggled with insulin resistance & obesity but lll never take a shot even tho I desperately want to. #ozempic #wegovy #glp1
