Hi Mohammed,  "Palestine" never existed as a sovereign state, it doesn't stand for a specific racial or ethnic group. Nothing but a political construct. 

"Palestinians" are those who believe in Palestinianism, adapt it as an identity, fight for its cause, regardless of their location. 

I am an Arab, my early life conditioning was "Palestinian", today I don't identify as "Palestinian".
