John Brennan had his own Steele dossier. It was called the ICA, and it even included the rubbish dossier. The ICA wasn't intelligence. It was nothing more than the #TheBrennanDossier. And his "slam-dunk" source Oleg Smolenkov is just another Christopher Steele. Drunken fabulists.
