Fired ex J6 prosecutor Michael Gordon claimed the events of Jan X “[threw] the United States into a Constitutional crisis.” He wanted Richard Barnett, who put his feet on a desk in Pelosi’s office, in federal prison for 7+ years.

He recently stated, without evidence, that Eric Munchel—the so-called zip tie guy—wanted to take members of Congress “hostage” even tho Munchel did not bring the plastic cuffs. (They were conveniently left on tables thoughtout the Capitol).

He charged multiple people with the unlawful 1512c2 obstruction felony overturned by SCOTUS last year. 

And he liked anti-Trump posts on social media.

But he doesn’t understand why he was fired last month🤔
