this strategy risks ignoring the power-law distribution of crypto lol. 
Fading XX losers might save you from small losses, but missing that single 100x winner can be a far greater portfolio-level loss. 
Given that just one big win pays for all the failures, how do you mathematically justify a XX% fade rate?
