@ac2020 @GenFlynn What was the guilty plea?  One count of making a false statement?

Except the FBI could not produce evidence.  And in the DOJ motion to dismiss *with prejudice,* the DOJ emphasizes a statement must be *materially* false, and this was not.

The FBI conduct was beyond egregious.
