Where in history do we see just X money. Despite a dominance in money like the US dollar there are still other currencies. The silver narrative is simply that Kaspa is aiming to be the most used proof of work. For example litecoin claimed its silver but its blocks are lighter than bitcoins. (Being used less despite its many years of existence.) In the past silver was used more than gold and the goal is true digital silver (Kaspa) will be used more than digital gold (bitcoin) 
Btw this isn’t about “replacing Bitcoin as money” kaspa and bitcoin are both money. One just lets you use it better.
