7/26/00 - #ASU President Lattie Coor officially hired former E. Michigan and Iowa State AD Gene Smith (44) as ASU’s next AD (start on 8/14). Smith replaced Kevin White, who had resigned four months prior to take the same position at ND. Frank Kush was hired as Asst. AD. #ForksUp
