At $40K, I told my friend I’m skipping real estate for Bitcoin.

He laughed, “Real estate always wins, bro.”

At $90K, I told him I’m still not buying property.

He said, “You’ll regret it when prices double.”

At $120K, he’s now trying to sell one of his rentals to buy Bitcoin.

Guess who’s regretting what.
