July 25, 2025: Trump framed & displayed AP's press ban ruling WHILE claiming "most transparent admin."  
The same court just let him exile WSJ reporters last week over Epstein reporting. This isn't governance - it's a petty dictator's trophy case.  

AP's "crime"? Refusing to rename Gulf of Mexico per Trump's executive order. WSJ's sin? Reporting inconvenient truths. Since January, they've banned XX outlets from briefings while gutting NPR/PBS funding. The Knight Institute calls these "viewpoint-based exclusions" - we call it state-sponsored censorship.  

When leaders weaponize courts to silence critics and hang verdicts like hunting trophies, democracy's pillars become a bulldozer's roadkill.
