@goldandkarma It's in $NXE's favor to block a neighboring project to avoid cumulative effects, and you are still of the belief Leigh Curyer actually plans to build Rook I himself, instead of lipsticking it for a major to takeover. He doesn't. Does this clarify my thoughts?
